A: Mobile apps apply a generic "filter" over your image. They often blur skin to hide scratches or invent fake details because they don't understand the photo. My process is different. I start by manually restoring the damage to ensure the original details are preserved. I only use AI after the foundation is solid—using advanced local models and custom prompting to enhance clarity without losing the person's true likeness.

How do you handle the AI part?

I don't just click a button. I use Local AI models (running on powerful hardware, not a phone) and specific Prompt Engineering. This allows me to control exactly how the AI colorizes and sharpens the image, keeping it faithful to the original era and lighting.

How long does it take?

Because this is a manual service, it is not instant. You will typically receive your finished digital master via email within 5 to 12 hours, depending on the queue.

Can I order physical prints of my restored photo?

es. Once the digital restoration is complete and approved, you can order gallery-quality framed prints, stretched canvases, or fine art paper prints directly through me.

What if the print arrives damaged?

My printing partners use heavy-duty packaging, but accidents happen. If your print arrives damaged, simply send me a photo of the package and the print, and I will have a replacement sent immediately at no cost to you.

Will the result look fake or "plastic"?

No. That "plastic" look happens when AI removes natural skin texture. My workflow includes a specific Texture & Quality Check. I ensure that film grain and skin details are preserved or reconstructed realistically. The goal is a photo that looks like it was taken yesterday, not generated by a computer.

Can I print the result?

Yes. A key part of my service is Professional Upscaling. I enlarge the image using specialized software to ensure it is crisp and print-ready (300 DPI), suitable for framing or canvas.

What if I’m not happy with the result?

I offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. If the result isn't perfect, just reply to the delivery email explaining what needs adjustment, and I will fix it. If I cannot fix it to your standards, I will issue a Full Refund. (Note: If a refund is requested, all work on that specific image ceases and no further versions will be provided).

Do I need to upload the file to a print shop myself?

No, I handle everything for you. Since I have the high-resolution master file, I personally handle the formatting, color profiling, and submission to my professional lab partners. This ensures the crop and colors are perfect before it hits the printer.
